Trying to locate film but don't know the title?

It is an old film featuring a Lady who is shy but has money and is married by an awful man who takes her on a fishing trip and he pushes her into the water to be almost eaten alive by a Croc or alligator (not sure where is was set). She survives and has major plastic surgery and comes back years after to get revnge on her husband who of course took all her money and was living the life of a rich man thinking his wife was dead. I know it's a long shot but if anyone can help i would be greatful.
