plastic surgery - good or bad?

what are your views on plastic surgery? I'd love to get my boobs done and a bit of lipo!

lipo- sort of weird boobs-sure why not
if it makes you feel better about yourself, go for it. just dont get too carried away because sometimes it looks really obvious and bad.
People are free to modify their bodies however they like, whether it be with plastic surgery, tattoos, piercings, fashion, hair dye, make-up, etc.
Plastic surgery is a betrayal of God.
I want to get fillers under my eyes, and a subtle dosage of lip injections. I think it's great! As long as you know what you are doing, and it's not overboard.
good i would say but sometimes bad i was stupid and got it when i was 14 and it totaly messed with my boobs they r alll lopsided and demented but worth a try!!!!

not for everyone but i thought it was great. had a friend who had a breast reduction done and she never looked back
it can be good for people who really need it people who use it just for looks then im not all that keen although a touch of lipo can be good lol but if a had bigger boobs my spine would snap or something lol
ok nononono plastic surgery on lipo,omg once you get lipo suction i think it gives you cancer or some kind of disease that you die from just a couple years later.....the boobs well id say ok but it will hurt for a while!!
Kanye West's mum died because of plastic surgery... Instead of lipo why don't you just satrt eating really healthily and get loads of exercise! And if you want your boobs done get them done...but personally i think you should just be happy the way you are :)
terrible. plastic=eeeew. some people even die. its un-needed. get some self confidence instead
BAD why inject fake product in your self, its disgusting and not worth the money, but hey if you want your boobs rock hard go ahead.
as long as you go to a doctor that you have completely checked out. ask to see samples of his work. look on the internet. talk to others who have used him. Otherwise, everyone can use a little help...right?
its so bad. who would want to have an not natural part added to your body just to look pretty? its way expensive anyway. if your desperate, just put on bra inserts to make boobs look bigger or push up bra to make boobs look smaller
i think plastic surgery is ok if you have the money for it. if you want to get a boob job and liposuction go right ahead. its your choice and your decision. i wish you well with your surgeries.
Plastic surgery is good overall for highly visual places ie the face.However it borders on the ridiculous women that want a boob job.etc.How many people will actual see your boobs in your life,it's not worth it.Hair and face and clothes are important,but stuff under your clothes...No
If God intended for these things to be done he would have did them his self, I think that's why so many things go wrong.
I don't think there's anything wrong with it as long as it's done for the right reasons. It only goes bad when people go overboard and obsessed.
Fake boobs are gross.
Nothing wrong with it, but the desire to have it may reflect an underlying self-esteem problem that almost certainly will not be resolved by the surgery.
i think its not good because why just be happy and contented to ourselves? and also yoiu might get infected or hurt yourself.
It's none of my business what someone else wants to do with their body. I think it's great for the option to be available to those who choose to take it. Liposuction is something I wouldn't recommend, unless you're willing to change your life style. It's a dangerous procedure, and if you get the fat sucked out, but continue living the way that got you fat to begin with, it will only come back. You should also avoid it if your weight is due to medical issues, and try to have them resolved first. If you want to get your breasts done, you really should wait until your body has finished maturing. As they grow, your breasts might seem uneven for a time, but they could end up evening out later. If you had them modified in between, they'd just end up uneven again, and you just put your body through unnecessary stress.
Kelsey, you got a boob job at 14? Yeah right!
