Can you finance plastic surgery with bad credit?

I really don't know how this plastic surgery thing works. I know most people don't just have the money to put up for plastic surgery.. yes I want a few things done.. Don't comment please if you are going to knock it. But My credit isn't that great. Will some plastic surgery offices allow finacing in office for anyone.. even bad credit? Anyone ever had it done with bad credit??
