Okay, lets start by saying it is and isnt bad. Plastic surgery includes many procedures which can enhance a persons look etc. Its good because it .. obviously makes people look better. But yes its bad because sometimes there can be complications that can lead to very bad infections or simply because they cant make you look at nice as possible. Look at some of the tv stars. They get their nose done and it looks worse than they had before. I hope I answered ur question!
Yes!!!! If it is for something as vain as looking better or like someone else, don't do it!!! You will only screw yourself up. The only surgery I would suggest is for health reasons, or if you were born with a deformity or had an accident that can interfere with your health.

For example: *Your nose is an odd shape, and it makes it harder for you too breathe * Your breasts are size DDDD and it gives you back aches. * Something is wrong "down there" * You are COMPLETELY flat chested. Completely! but if you get it because you want to look good, dont!
