1. if it is needed (bad auto accidents/burn victims/genetic defect) then yes i think it is great for people to look and feel normal -as to rich folks just getting it because they are showing slight signs of aging i say its bad-also young girls that get breast implants is terrible too-too many things can go wrong with plastic surgery-not worth it if your just trying to look "better" and do not need it

4. It is good. People who have facial scars or damage can benefit hugely from it, as can people who cannot stand their own appearance and want to change. Calling people "ungrateful and vain" cos they want a nose job is stupid. There are plenty of benefits from it.
5. i want to get some done (breast augmentation) but then i think about the cons and idk im happy with myself but sometimes id like to do it. i really dont think id ever go thru with it. its not bad but idk lol
