Will cosmetic surgery help this?
I recently had a baby and was very fortunate to not get stretch marks on my stomach. I was 95lbs before I got pregnant and had a REALLY good body. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy (most of it was at the end water weight) and I have since lost almost all my weight 107 at just 16 weeks postpartum. What bothers me though is my breasts. I used to have very nice, perky, breasts size 32C. During pregnancy they grew to a size 36E! I couldn't believe how unproportinate they were on my small frame it was awful but thankfully my belly grew so big that it canceled them out. Well, after I had my baby girl, I breastfed and they got EVEN BIGGER, until I unfortunatly had to stop breastfeeding and my breats shrank to a size 36C. Now I am left with SAGGY boobs that sit way far apart, and the worst part about it is they have BAD stretch marks on the sides and underneath my breasts. I am so insecure! I absolutely hate them. I went from being so happy with my body to so unhappy with my body well, mainly my breasts. Would plastic surgery help this? Will it get rid of stretchmarks? What type of surgery? Im just looking for information. Im actually not going to have surgery until Im done having kids but I know for sure that I want to fix my body when all is said and done. My husband says he is supportive if it will make me feel better about my breasts although he loves them still. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

- boob sagging is normal after childbirth. if you're finished having children and this issue really bothers you then talk to a plastic surgeon about what type of breast implants would be right for you. (implants take care of the sagging) the reason I say wait until you're finished w/ childbirth is because you'll have the same issue if you have the boob job now and give birth later. your breasts will still grow during pregnancy and they will sag after you've finished breast feeding, even with the implants. breast augmentation won't get rid of stretch marks. But coco butter or vitamin e oil or mederma will lessen the appearance of stretch marks and I think that there is now a type of laser treatment for minimizing stretch marks.
- hmmm never heard of it.
- if you have stopped having children go for it its called a mommy makeover..in your case breast reduction and possibly a breast lift would be great they may be able to get rid of the stretch marks it just depends on what size your willing to get reduced to and how much skin there is without stretch marks etcc.. i say go for it there is nothing wrong with it check out plasticsurgery.org they have tons of information there good luck!!
- The unfortunate side effect of motherhood. Sweetheart, you would need a breast lift. Don't feel bad. I need both the boobs and the tummy tuck. I just stopped breastfeeding six months ago and my boobs are deflated big time so I am getting my boobs done over my children's spring break this year- YAY! Unfortunately, I have to wait for the tummy tuck for 2012 when I have the rest of the money saved up. I am 120 pounds, 5'4, and I have never been overweight in my life. I have had three babies and I always lost the pregnancy weight right away. I have this gross loose extra skin on my stomach that does not respond to exercise, so the only way to get rid of it is to cut if off, just like the extra skin on your boobs. :( Just hang in there and keep buying the really good bras until you are done popping out the children. You will love your breast again the next time you have to breastfeed your next child. After you breastfeed your last child added to your family and your milk dries up, anywhere from 6-8 months after your doctor can perform cosmetic surgery on your breast. Just make certain that you pick a certified doctor of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and not the cheapest doctor of course. A lot of doctors offer free consulations. http://www.plasticsurgery.org/ Good Luck and Best Wishes!
