alright my face is really long and i want it to be a bit shorter so it their any surgery that someone can get to change their face shape perminantly??

3. A surgery can not shorten you face, by cutting of a piece of bone, if thats what you ask for. However, it is possible to put implants on your cheeks/jaws to balance out your face.
