is a plastic surgery consultation visit free?

Hello, I am planning to possibly get liposuction on one side of my face b/c it is slightly fatter than the other...I would like to schedule an appointment 2 a plastic surgeon to see if it is possible and the pricing,etc...I would like 2 know if a visit to a plastic surgeon for consultation is free or do I have to pay 2 see him/her just to find out if surgery is possible? Thanks.

2. My plastic surgeon usually charges %75.00 for a consult but with the economy as it is he waived the fee. He can probably lipo the part of your fact that is fatter and possibly inject fact into the flatter side to even it out. You will love it. Just make sure you visit several doctors and pick the one you like the best. The money is well spent.
