In Canada does the universal healthcare cover plastic surgery and abortions?

In Canada Does cover plastic surgery and abortions or do you have to pay? I live in Ontario,Canada and i wanted to know if tax payers dollars go towards these things.

1. plastic surgery is definitely not covered, perhaps if it is reconstructive (i.e someone becomes dis-formed after an accident) it might be covered, but i am unsure. I am not sure about abortions i am pretty sure the clinics that do them do them for free but it is not covered by OHIP but possibly the money is raised through women's organizations. if you checked online you could probably find more definitive answers.
