what plastic surgery would you get to make your face longer ?

im considering plastic surgery, however its to make my face longer what features do i strike to bring a squared face to a rectangular long face? I have high wide cheekbones, defined wide jaws, medium for head and a narrow bent out nose.

5. Don't get plastic surgery, especially to make your face longer, I don't see why you'd want it to be longer. If you look at long faced people, their faces are usually long between their eyes and their mouths. There's really not much you could do to change that, so the people would probably try to shave off some cheek bone and put some sort of chin implant in your chin. So you won't have a long face, you'll just have the same face with a giant chin. It's not worth it, and I'm sure you're great looking the way you are.
