What happens if you have plastic surgery and dont like the result ?Refuse to pay?

In theory could you have your old face put back !! I should point out i have never had and would never consider having plastic surgery.......... Just wandered what happens if someone aint pleased with the result !! Do you get 30 days, during which time you can get your money back !!?? Has a surgeon ever been taken to court for creating a butt face?

2. It's called medical malpractice. Also, it depends on the contract you sign before doing the surgery. I'm sure the surgeons include waiver of liability clauses in them. But if there was gross negligence involved, I'm sure the person could get more than his money back. They could see for more than that.

7. If you made the choice of having plastic surgery, you should have researched all the possiblities and outcomes of the majority of surgeries done. If you didnt like the outcome, that's not the fault of the doctor, it's yours. You have to pay because, 1. you sign a contract. 2. You pay in advance, especially with these surgeries. 3. It was a risk that only YOU decided to take.
8. I dont know about that, but a friend of mine works in the used car business and when he pulled up her credit report she had failed to pay for breast augmentation surgery. Do they re-po breasts in a situation like that?
