What do guys think of girls who go for plastic surgery?

Ok, I am not planning and will never reconstruct any part of my face at any point in my life, unless I HAVE to. And I think that going for plastic surgery is a matter of personal choice. The thing is, more and more girls are going for plastic surgery nowadays. Some even change every feature of their face as to become unrecognisable from before. Guys, what do you think of girls who use plastic surgery to change their faces completely? If your girlfriends do so one day, how would you feel?

2. As a guy a woman who has lots of plastic surgery for purely cosmetic reason has obvious body image problems.
3. I would immediately lose interest in a woman who decided to do that for reasons of excessive vanity. Obviously if it was really necessary for medical or psychological reasons then my attitude would be different.
4. So long as it isn't taken to excess, I don't have a problem with it. How is it any different from plastering your face with make up every morning?
5. Girls who have cosmetic surgery without a good medical reason are FAKES. I avoid them.
6. i say and i think i can speak for most men that women are much more criticle of their looks than we are. women judge other womens looks much more than guys do so it depends on if the woman is trying to please men or other women. to say one does it to please oneself is a cop out because it all stems back to how others preseve ourselves. if it didn't matter to others what we looked like than their would be nothing to be self councious about ergo no need feel the need to change. plastic surgery sometimes makes worse like lips being too big, skin being pulled back so much looks unnatural and i for one hate "boob jobs" as they leave breasts so fake looking and hard and feel so unnatural and cold.
