why is plastic surgery bad but braces okay?

as much as we would like to deny it, our society is very appearance-based. sometimes some people believe plastic surgery is necessary in order to help them obtain the job of their dreams. after all, how many "ugly" actresses have you seen? these people often face harsh criticism but yet nobody attacks people for getting braces for cosmetic reasons. and botox is "more acceptable" than rhinoplasty. why?

1. it's all related to one's self esteem and having an ugly teeth isn't nice anywhere in the world
2. because with braces, you're adding extra for a temporary amount of time and then removing them. with plastic surgery, you're just screwing around with stuff. Also. Having a functional mouth+set of teeth will help you eat food better so braces transcend beyond the aesthetic aspect.
3. peoplee who getplasctic surgery are dumb :/ uure body and face is the way it is andd u should accept it and you know maybe some movies need some "normal" looking people sometimess thoo braces are completely different cause it deosnt invlolve operation and it comes off im not sure what rhinoplatsy is :p but botox is also dumb i think it makes people look even stupider than beofree! andd why? who knowss our world is a strange place noww :/ where people care way to much how good they lookk :p

Braces are mostly used to straighten teeth because if they dont get fixed early, crooked teeth can cause serious medical problems later in life. also, crooked teeth aren't attractive Getting a boob job wont prevent any medical problems, and it doesnt necessarily make people better looking. As for nose jobs, sometimes those are used for medical treatments too
