How long is the recovery, generally, for liposuction around the mid section? I'm thinking about getting liposuction around my mid-section, and I need to hear from anybody who's had this experience... about liposuction and recovery? okay, here's the thing. i'm chinese, and chinese girls are famous for being tiny. i'm 5'5", 120 lb, and when i'm in china or with chinese friends here they'd always hint at me that i need to lose some weight. sometimes they are downright rude. the thing is, i exercise and eat healthy and everything, but i sitll have bumps here and there. i'm just sick of being made fun of, so now i am seriously considering doing liposuction. can you guys share your experiences? do you recover well afterwards? and most importantly, are you happy that you did it?

Has anyone had liposuction to control underarm sweating? I've dealt with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) since I was a teen, and I'm sick of it. I've already tried the perscription stregnth anti-persperants (and that includes that new Secret stuff), oral meds, and a little gadget supposed to stunt the glands with electrical pulses. No luck. I've read that surgical removal of the sweat glands is pretty effective and relatively safe. I also like that it's permanant, unlike Botox. Has anyone tried this? Did it work?
